  The bathroom were very dirty and they had no toliet paper. The staff didn't really show respect they just dum the donut in one bag and ruined the choclate, than when we said thank you, they didn't even acknowledge us and just turn away. Even thought there was another customer

  It was a new experience for me and not in a nice way. I ordered a Small Latte and it tasted so disgusting that I couldn't drink it. My wife felt the same way about her Cappucino. Perhaps their machine was somehow faulty (dirty). In any case, this was the first time I ever had a lousy coffee at Timmy's! They get 2 stars anyway because the apple fritter was fresh and delicious!

  Not happy with the counter service, bathroom dirty, also out of toilet paper in the woman's bathroom. Staff should be more friendly.

  Another Tim Hortons location that disappointed: the wait was long, and even though I admit my French is accented ( being my third language learned later in life), I do believe it is possible to comprehend the difference between the tortilla roll-up and a panini when I order them no matter how badly butchered my French grammar was. Fromage and sans fromage for my friend who is lactose intolerant was also ignored and our order was filled completely​ wrong...on top of that they were trying to charge us for more sandwiches than they gave us, never mind that most of the order wasn't what we wanted in the first place...

  In general its pretty quick, but modify anything to a sandwhich and they wont get it right - very frustrating for someone with alergies
